Andreas Bartelt is a true practitioner who grew up in the hospitality industry. With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, sales, and marketing, Andreas has insider knowledge like few others.

The perfect blend: Experience and expertise in hospitality
After training as a chef and restaurant specialist in Hannover, Andreas worked as a management assistant in the Mövenpick Group. He completed his instructor qualification exam there. Later, he gained experience as a manager in traditional Bavarian hospitality, various hotels, and country inns. In 1992, he completed his training as a Hotel Manager at the Kermess Institute before the Munich Chamber of Commerce.

Andreas knows every aspect of the job firsthand - both in the kitchen and in service. From cozy country inns to large hospitality groups, he masters management and metrics. A mix of theory and practice, along with experience and expertise, makes his support for the hospitality industry invaluable.
